I clean my plugs regularly so I get to inspect them a lot. I've also got a Twinpower, which helps the plugs not get fouled up as much, just worn down like they're supposed to. Really, it just depends on the driving...some months I drive a lot...other months I take it easy...still other months, I rail the **** out of it. Check and clean them regularly and if they look like they might need to be replaced, or if you feel that they need to be replaced...go ahead and do it!

I really like the Iridium spark plugs. The only way you'll notice the difference or make it more effective is combo it with some kind of ignition system. Before I put the Hks twin power ignition with the spark plugs I didn't feel any different at all. After I combine, big different.....

I use the same all around.. The shop I go to says it doesnt really make a difference.. He thinks its better that way.. I have never got an opinion from RE, FEED or any big companies yet though...

I change them every 1-3.5 months depending on like Jspec said.. How I run.. Weather, and how my tune job is doing.. I have MDI which is like Twinpower, MSD or any of those... They dont really foul, Just wear out...
