Question Introduction and RX-7 questions

Hello everyone. I am new to the rx-7 forums and wanted to ask a few questions since im considering an RX-7. I have owned an e30 M3, civic, 240sx, srt-4, and now an f-body. I always liked the RX-7 but im uncertain about the longevity. Im not to big on the idea of a rotary i hear they break a lot and require much upkeep compared to piston motors. The looks of the car is what i like. If i dont buy an RX-7 then ill probably buy a miata with a hardtop and turbo it.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
