to make people ask qeustions, i know i wondered the same..... not a bad looking other than the completely off the lines C-West front end, i think and the sqaure edges ruin the cars lines (smooth). i find most kits do this, hence why i'm searching long and hard to find a Kit that does not do this for when i get my FD, cause i want the stock "egg" curvature yet not have the stock front end, but thats my personal tatse.

Personally I don't like it that much. Uses great turbine 25g piping is cool and the tires are cream of the crop AE048. But I don't know something is just missing for me.

Still 1,000,000 times better than my car though...

The old addage I heard for the Mugen socks was that it helps stabalize the temperature of the fluid making it work more consistently, and absorbs any spillage. But who knows, half the AZNs around here are rocking wristbands on theirs.

And as for weight, I'm gonna get em all when I do my lightweight stage III, im gonna get one of those "visible engine" rotaries and a matching plastic turbocharger.

Titanium weighs more than aluminum. If would be better if it was carbon fiber. The rest of the car is alright. Not my cup of tea however.

For a given wall thickness, yes, but presumably if you were going to waste the effort to get the 10 grams off the car using Ti you'd use reallllly thin wall pipe. But it goes back to my "probably for bling effect" statement. As for CF tube, it'd rock, but "real" tubes are mucho dinero last i checked, and even with a wrap, i don't see how you could properly lay up a bend in it, so the added weight of hose clamps and angled silicone couplers would probably negate most of the weight savings.

you have that backwards. Ti is lighter then aluminum.

alu lacrosse sticks cost about 20-30 bucks but Ti run you about 100+, half the weight and 2 times stronger.

Mine is Ti wrapped in Carbonfiber. little excessive yes, but stronger then a heavy handed woman.

Titanium is NOT lighter, but it is so much stronger that the ammount necessary for the same strength ends up being lighter. In practice, something made with titanium is frequently lighter, but not because the material itself is lighter, because of the quantity needed to make the part adequately strong. IE same sized blocks of aluminum and titanium, the titanium is heavier, but would also take far more abuse.
