This is the 2nd one I've been thorugh now, my apex GT spec intercooler rubs on the radiator too much I guess and cracks the radiator somehow, how does everyone keep them from touching eachother?

OMG. The same thing happened to my Mazdacomp radiator that costed $500+. I went with a Koyo instead and made brackets to keep the radiator from rubbing up against the intercooler. To be specific, it's rubbing up against the end tanks. The end tanks dig right into the radiator on both sides. I made brackets and pulled on the intercooler alittle to move it away from the rad.
