HI Instrument cluster headlight problem!

I have a 93 rx7 it was auto now manual.

Bought the car as a shell got everything to work except for the headlights although the high beams works.

Instrament cluster doesnt iluminate. ive been trying to track the wires for almost a month now with no luck

Any help would be great thanks

You're going to need the wiring diagrams and a multimeter to trace the circuit down. Hard to say what the previous owner messed with.

Also, make sure the dash brightness isn't turned all the way down or simply unplugged.

I would look at the four plugs that plug into the back of the cluster and make sure none of he wires have been cut or tampered with. I attempted to power my cluster independent of the headlight switch and it screwed up the tail lights, headlights and blinkers.

Also make sure the dimmer switch is plugged in, if its not your gauges won't illuminate.

Also, just check the actual bulbs and make sure they aren't burned out.

checked dimmer and bulbs im trying to check the combination switch plug. But i cant figer out witch wires sopose to have 12v and witch need to be ground. If anybody has info on this it would be great for the people with fast replys thanks!
