im guessing the boost comes on around 3000. my rpm gauge only works when it wants to. the only other thing thats done to the car that i know of besides exhaust is.........it looks like the guy ripped out the airbox and bought k&n airfilters to go on every hose and zip tied them all together. i never gave the car time to spool up the second turbo. it boosted to much when i took off. it happened so fast it was atleast 12psi and when i drove it again it will get to 10psi at just 3/4 throttle. i haven't floored again since the first run. ....
rynberg is correct. there is a 2.5 in convertor necked down and welded into this giant exhaust...............edit ...guy i bought it from said there was an upgraded fuel pump. i will call him to find out the details on that.

"Sounds like you disconnected the reference line to the wastegate" by saying reference line, do you mean vacuum line? i havnt disconnect any lines from anywhere.

Upgraded fuel pump without an upgraded ecu = 0 ! Auto's have little choice for fuelling above stock boost levels with the A/T ECU. It may run good for a while but you need to figure out why you're overboosting. Reference line = vacuum reference/line yes. Details on the fuel pump are pretty irrelavent, won't matter really, unless he just put in a "downgraded" pump which don't laugh, I've installed engines in cars where a previous owner got jipped by a "crap" shop that sold him some ebay pump, it fit but flowed about 4/5 of what a stock pump does.

i made me a restrictor plate for the exhaust system. i took out the flange gasket and copied it. in a 2.5 inch circle i drilled a bunch of 1/4 inch holes in it. drove the car, it was only making 3-4 psi. i opened all the holes in my plate with 3/8 drill, test drove and now it 9-10 psi. i guess this will work for now until i upgrade the computer and get me a front mount intercooler. thanks for the help.
