Injectors fixed, NOW NO BOOST--WTF (yes, I searched)

I have spent well over 30 hours on this car throughout the week. I'm about to go friggin' insane.

I fixed the injector problem, now, there's no boost at all. On the PFC, the 'highest' boost is -46mmhg.

I've inspected all vacuum lines, checked the check valves, checked the IC for Oil, and gone Non-seq in attempt to help solve the problem.

Any ideas? Again, There is NO boost at all, in any gear. It gets so loaded down with fuel above 3k rpm that it won't really drive, since there are no turbos to lean the mixture out to a reasonable level.

I'm all out of $20's, but if anyone has any ideas...TIA,

-BN

I did check EVERY related post this afternoon (20-some-odd pages). Nothing even close.

If someone thinks they have a good idea, and wants to hear the car, I'll gladly call them, and fire it up; should it help them to diagnose.

What else have you done to the car recently (i.e. in that 30 hrs you spent on it)?? Did you just do the injectors this week, or was there something else too?

I have checked the clips that I *may* have touched during the injector installation, and all of the related vacuum lines.

the ECU is the PFC, so I think it's set as to it's maps, etc.

The 30 hours were spent finding that an injector o-ring was fried, and putting that car back together. I'm going to take it back apart to check stuff again, but I'm certain that everything went back together the way it was--I had CowsniperRX7 come over, and checked the two cars against one another.

WHAT are the actuator rods? I've inspected anything with a vacuum line on it. They're all new, and solid.

What, other than an intake pipe would cause no boost? I've analyzed the hose diagram over and over. I can't come up with anything. I've got a number of friends with engineering degrees who have a reasonable understanding of the car and it's functions, and have no idea.

I'm having a 'fix my car' BBQ tomorrow. Maybe someone will see something I missed.

Got ideas? Throw 'em out.
