Injector resistor

When you wire in the resister does it matter which wire you splice it into?

E=IR (volts = current * resistance) for DC circuits.
R(resistance total) = r1 + r2 + ... rn if multiple resistors in series.

Thus the current flow is the same through out the complete circuit which means your answer is no!
