Injector insulators questions...
How many are there for the primary injectors and how many for the secondaries??? I'm not talking about the o-rings on the injectors themselves but the insulator (square profile) that seals the fuel distributor to the engine block. Apparently there are 2 different sizes, one bigger then the other. When I pulled my primaries, the big ones came loose with the distributor but the small ones were still attached to the engine. But the secondaries only have the small ones on there. Question is how many should there be for the primary injectors and what size? And what about he secondaries???
Also, where the hell are the "bleeds"??

That looks like my picture
I honestly can't remember for sure (I think it was a year and a half ago)... I believe there is one for each injector. The two large ones seat between the block and the primary fuel distributor, and the two small ones seat between the secondary injector rail and the block (IIRC). The bleed sockets are those plastic things inside the engine housing, just down stream of the injectors, that help atomize the fuel so it burns better.

okay, so let me clarify and correct me if I'm wrong.
Secondary injectors - 2 small ones (the bottom one in the picture above)
Primary injectors - 2 small ones + 2 big ones
Am I correct?

Paw is correct. There is one insulator per injector & they are between the bottom of the fuel rail & the motor(or LIM).
The bleeds are actually way down in the center housing/LIM. Once you pull the fuel rail off & pick the insulators out the bleeds will be below that. The FSM diagram will explain this much better then 1K words on this forum...
