I will only recommend to use either the CJ Motorsports or the FFE injector spacers.

Are the CJ bungs supposed to be flush in the LIM?

Does anyone know if a 8mm hat is available? I have 40mm o-ring to o-ring injectors and a 48mm rail.

Since CJM designed them in late 2006, we have sold literally several hundreds of them. Nobody has ever contacted us about a problem with them. I have also never heard of any problems with the blue replica ones

They will only go down until they hit the bottom. From what I can see in your photos, it looks just right.

I have never seen any so short. If you want to send me your rail spacers I can machine them down shorter for you.

Awesome I will have to take you up on that. I am looking at getting the CJM v3.2 rails. I will only use the secondary rail with 2200cc Bosch injectors in a Xcessive LIM.

I could also get the smallest hat spacers which and just use spacers to raise the fuel rail.

When ordering, if you have a blueprint of the injectors, email that over so that we can customize the spacers for you. That said, you can order it one way, and always change it later by either mailing back in your spacers, or ordering a second set of spacers at custom height.

I prefer the FFE spacers because they are much easier to remove if needed.
