injector?

Hi I have a fd rx7 that is going to be running a Borg Warner s363 turbo as a street car on pump gas, anyways I have 1680cc secondaries but I was going to go with the stock secondaries fd 850cc injectors for the primaries but I now have a kg parts primarie rail so I am either going to get top feed 850cc injectors or something else as I heard that the 850cc are a pain to get to idle correctly. Please let me know what size injector to use for my primaries as the car is going to be a street car.
Thanks
Richard

Bosch ev1 850/1680s are old school technology. Poor spray pattern and difficult to tune. Injector Dynamics are the best in the industry. Bosch EV14s are a decent more cost-effective option. I stock both.

What kind of Bosch ev14 set up would you use and do I still need lower intake manifold spacers BTW is spacers used on both primaries and secondaries injectors.

i think the "spacers" you speak of are actually the injector bosses or seats. Some aftermarket fuel rails come with "bosses" or inserts, that insert into the lower intake manifold that replace the stock plastic inserts.

If you are not using something like the FFE rails that includes lower injector inserts/bosses, then (i think) you need the "denso cushion" to go on the bottom of the injectors, which will then be compatible with the stock lower intake manifold inserts. (you may want to confirm that, i have FFE inserts so not 100% sure on that)

what "spacers" you use will depend on the length injectors you use.
