info on stock coil spring rates

I've got a 93 R1 with the M2 performance kit (Eibach adjustble height coilovers w/GAB adjustible shocks. Please no flames but I'm thinking about changing back to stock to "civilize" the ride a bit. The M2 is great for autoX but not for cruising the streets. Anyway, currently the spring rates on the Eibachs are 550 lbs front and 450 lbs rear. I just want to find out the rates of say, the stock TOURING springs to see what the dif is. Can anyone help?

550 and 450 are way too high on the street IMO.

I had those with Tein HA dampers and the car was too stiff on the street. I switched to about 440/330 springs and the ride is better now.
