Ok so on the weekend i picked my car up and for some reason the indicator stalk isn't working for the left or right turn signals...with the hazards on the bulbs flash so i know its not the bulbs itself, the stalk itself works when you turn the headlights on and flash using the main beam but moving it up and down to indicate does nothing at all, not even the dash lights go green to indicate turning.....my power windows also aren't working....is this a fuse that controls both? Mine is a 93 FD
