And people wonder why I'm such an ******* when this thread pops up every day...
Check the FAQ, do a goddamned search. No way, no who, no how you're going to get it into this country in one piece legally. Unless you like cubed car, it's not even worth trying. If customs doesn't catch you, it only takes one curious police officer to pull you over.
Item #12 from the FAQ
Thread from thursday
Be sure to post where it gets crushed so we can get cheap parts as well.
And the fact remains, after all of that, even if it were possible to import 92-95 RX-7s from Japan here, it'd be fruitless, as they are overall in worse shape than ours, and they're not safe for our roads.

12) Can I import an FD into the US from overseas?
Not legally, that any of us are aware, but it depends on the state and the intended use of the vehicle. Some owners have managed to import a 92-95 model and get the cars registered and insured fraudulently, but considering there is essentially no difference it is generally not worthwhile. In other words, it requires lying on federal documents. It would be extremely expensive to legally import a later version of this car for many reasons, much more than the cost of the cars themselves. If you see a LHD FD with 96+ trim on US roads, it’s probably a 93-95 with imported parts added later.
