Hey guys,

I have finally decided I will be getting myself an nice white RX-7 in the next few months.

I want to import one (or find a good oone here in foggy ol'uk) but I just want a bit of info.

I have found some beautiful examples on some imports sites and after import fees; Tax, Duty, Fees MOT and SVA, it all seems pretty reasonable. However there is no mention of converting it to MPH.
I know it's not a major issue but where could I go to get this converted or would most import sites offer this in there "package".

I used japaneseusedcar.com and went through their dealer cars.

I live in southcoiast UK so Southampton is my nearest port.

Any advice is more than welcome.

i dont know anything about the importing laws in the UK but if i were you i would buy one that in the UK. Just so you can test drive it and see if its turly the right one for you. you dont want to spend all that money importing a car only to find out it has problems and i would become a headache.
