Thanks for the responses, I wasnt able to work on my car tonight (school) I will check the O2 tomarrow and all other grounds. The harness was pulled totaly apart and all connections are good I have the two grounding wires in the harness (there actually one wire w/ 2 grounding points) grounded properly.
There are other resisters(no soleniod's in car) that are connected to the black/white power wire that are not pulling codes.
I'll be back here tomarrow night, thanks again guys and espesially jwhite94RX7, I wish more guys would give there 2cents.

the Power FC has a mode called "non sequential". This allows you to take out the solenoids and leave them un-resisted and not throw any engine codes. However, it doesnt seem like the resistors are the problem. Trying to think of something else to check but im drawing a blank...i noticed ur in StL too...where u located @? Ive got the full NS on my car as well if u wanna put two heads 2gether sometime this weekend.

I tested the ECU today... I swaped it into "Meiogirl's" RX-7 today (Thanks!!)and it ran fine. Thats kinda a load off my mind but now the problem is somewhere else. I have the wiring harness out AGAIN and will check for a forth time.

I think I found it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After charging my battery fully, I pulled another code, Code #2- Crank angle sensor. I pulled it out and it waas cracked, and had no reading on the fluk metter. That would cause me to go into "limp"mode on the highway and then no injector pulse/no spark after i turned it off. I ordered another today ($90+$10 for one day) I'll let you all know tomarrow

Give yourself the credit.
You're the one who stuck with it and kept digging.
The rest of us just provided suggestions and moral support.
(I checked - I did ask about the crank angle sensors on the first page.
But just about everything possible was asked about in this thread.)
FWIW - I think you did it right. Instead of just thinking about codes and analyzing possibilities, you got in there and checked everything, multiple times if necessary.
(You're now a harness expert.)
Buy yourself a beer !!!
(But save a little bit of cash, it hasn't started yet.)
