Im in complete confusion on why my car wont start! HEEEELP.

Good afternoon guys! Alright heres my stupid issue, I have been using my single turbo 1993 rx7 as my daily for the past year and i have only ran into a few issues of not starting but they were simple explanations and i was able to solve them, however this issue is stumping me.. Bad.
My car just got over 110k miles on it, and my cold idle has been getting rough, i got a fresh battery, new alternator, new spark plugs and i thought the only other thing that could cause my idle to be rough would be my throttle body! So i thought this would be a simple task of cleaning the throttle body so i went and picked up some cleaner and a few brushes and got to taking off my intake manifold, the throttle body and my greddy elbow. After cleaning my throttle body and putting everything back together my car wont start. Ive checked the plugs to make sure everything is in and it still wont start, sometimes it will hiccup and give me a few puffs of combustion but wont hold an idle. I cant figure out what my issue is. It also will randomly flood now, my car has never ever flooded in the whole time ive owned it and pulling the egis and cranking it doesnt do anything, it still wont start. I was also checking my injectors because when im cold one of the injectors looks to be leaking a small bit and is causing a little bit of smoke when cold so i think i will need new o rings. My injector setupid is bosch 550cc primarys and the custom fuel rail into the plennum that houses the secondary 1680cc bosch. Im so stumped on how simply cleaning my throttle body could cause my car not to start after daily driving it for so long. When cranking i hear very strong puffs of compression, i smell fuel and i know im getting some kind of air. I really need your guys help on what my next step should be.
Thanks for all the help you guys have given me in the past!
also if i need to add anymore build items or anything that would help you guys out to find my solution i will happily oblige.
Also I have noticed that I am losing fuel pressure when the car is off now. Typically I remember having around 60 pounds of fuel pressure even when the car is off. Now I am at 15 pounds when it's off. May or may not be a big deal.

Maybe check you didn't knock your tps and also make sure you plugged the air flow thing on the firewall back in..you could clean some grounds while your at it to. Oh and make sure you put the correct leads on the correct spark plugs
