FD manual > sequential

I was looking around at different transmission setups online for different cars and came across this and the HKS sequential tranny for the FD. I've never heard of anyone with it on a street car so i was wondering if anyone would fill me in with info on it...its sketchy what you find online.

is there any way to actually convert our manual box to sequential, quaife (i think its called) gear box? if so how much would it cost and what kind of work would be involved
