Ignition Problem?

hey, i have yet another problem with my car. I think it is ignition related. Here is what is going on.

tubo exhaust wheel was messed up, had that fixed
put turbo back in car.
now my car wont turn over. I had this same problem before, I was getting too much fuel. This, however, is not the case. I checked for spark and the arc is very very small. another thing; I have a hks twin power, on the unit there is a red led light... it used to be super bright, now it is very dim, i am thinking it is a ground problem but found nothing. I was also thinking it could be bad coil packs but then when testing for spark, sometimes sparked very very good, sometimes okay, and sometimes not at all. it seems to be a loose connection, but why would the led light be dim all the time? If someone could please help me out here, that would be great, this car is giving me more headaches than it's worth....... thanks!!!

When you say it "won't turn over" do you mean that the starter spins the engine, but it won't start? If so and I understand the rest of your post correctly, could it be that the battery is bad or at least discharged? Low battery voltage could easily cause slow cranking speed, weak spark, weak light(s), etc. and keep the engine from starting.
