I was wondering if the Pettit or Gforce ECU can spport a jacobs iginiton

 

The stock ignition is fine and you're only asking for problems with the Jacobs unit. I have seen and heard of a great many cars with problems that were the cause of an aftermarket ignition. The only unit I would consider is the HKS unit. Anyway to answer your question I don't think the computer is a factor in the compatibility of these units.
