Idling problem when turning on electricals

I have just bought an FD with some minor problems on it. Car is completely original.

Idling is ok until i turn on the lights AND have it in gear, or in neutral and turn on both A/C and lights. At stops i have to put gear in neutral otherwise the enginge stalls.
And then press pedal a little just before i get in gear and can drive again.

I have checked and adjusted the TPS to be within specs (it was a little off).
But it did not help. Had to adjust the airscrew and throttle screw also becuse the idle was to high after TPS adjustment.

Can it be the ICS solenoid valve that is faulty?

Help much appreciated.
