Back to the original topic. Which screw 1, 2, 3, or the AAS (below the Intake Elbow should I start adjusting?

Thanks. Can I make the adjustment (with car running) with the Intake Elbow off for the short time to make any changes?

yep, you can leave the elbow on as well.
