Idle probs in decel when coming to a stop (stuck @ 1.5kRPM)
Well I have been playing around with my A/C and swapped in some new plugs this past weekend. Took her out for a spin and everything is great. Start up/Idle was fine right at about 950rpm...pulls strong... problem is when I am driving and go to hit the clutch to coast to a stop the idle gets 'stuck' at 1500rpm, once I come to a stop it drops to 1400, after about 3 seconds it drops to 1200 then about 6 or 7 seconds later it drops back down to normal 950.
Anyone have a suggestion where to look? Intake or Vac leak? Setting in the Power FC to check? I have not touched the TPS or anything else.
Just trying to get some possible leads on it for the weekend when I will finally have some time to play with it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Check the dashpot on the TB; it slows the throttle down when you let off so that the plates do not slam shut. It works like a shock absorber for the throttle plates. If it is adjusted wrong it may be holding your throttle open as it compresses, or it may be sticking.

I've got a similar issue on my FC. It happens with or without the dashpot installed. On my car, when I calibrate the TPS to 1volt then manipulate the throttle linkage to WOT and let it snap back it doesnt return to 1volt everytime. It might be 1.03v or .97v I don't think it should vary that much which leads me to believe there is something wrong with my TB. Not sure if this is any help...

Well, upon some more driving of my car this weekend I found the symptoms to be exactly like the WReX's.
I think the most important thing that I noticed was that when the car coasts to a stop, when the speedo needle EXACTLY drops below zero and the car stops moving is when the idle drops from 1500.
Could all this business be speed sensor related?
