idle problem- need help badly
The last few days I changed the vacuum hoses in my 93 R1. in addition i also replaced the spark wires with silicone ones.
to do all this i removed the throttle body and the extension manifold. when i was removing the throttle body, i could get the tps connector out, so i took out the entire tps unit by unscrewing the two screws that hold it.
now that i have the car accessories back on, my car is idling at 2500rpm. i might have pulled the throttle cable on tight too.
i am getting error codes 12 and 18 (12 refers to tps narrow range, and 18 refers to tps full range).
can someone please help me trouble shoot this problem and get my idle back to 850??
will the tps adjustment fix it, or do i have to change the idle speed control aswell?

Check out this site if you haven't already:

You shouldn't have to adjust your idle air screw, or the throttle stop screw if your idle was good before you took the TPS apart. You probably just need to readjust it.
