Hi, i have fd 2000 AT. Cut off EGR and air pump, exhaust from engine to catback 80mm, supra fuel pump, new oem pulsation damper and pressure regulator, cleaned injectors, fuel filter replaced year ago, spark plug wires replaced year ago, spark checked, new spark plugs and air filter, lambda innovate lc1 (or stock 02 sensor - doesn't matter, problems with idle the same), all solenoids checked, all check valves checked, map checked, tps adjusted and checked, new dashpot.
That's all mods, everything else is stock. Oh, and engine is almost new and rebuilt ~700 km ago.
I didn't touch screw under throttle body, but i adjusted screw on fast idle cam.

So now my problems
1. Cold start. Some smoke (i think oil), which stops after warm up.
Idle hesitations 3-5 minutes, then it's ok.

2. Hot start. I believe this problem only appears when engine not cold, but not hot (for example, after 15 mins after key off).
So i start the car idle drops to 400-500 and start to fluctuate. From 500 to 900 or somethings like this. It lasts for 1-2 minutes and after that i should press brake pedal and fluctuation stops.

Another problems. I think it's AT problems, but maybe somebody of you guys know how to fix it. I feel strong shock while shifting gears, also it can shift only when gas pedal isn't pressed.

I read tonns of information, but don't know how to fix it
