Idle everywhere
I had a similar problem many years ago. Tuns out that the stock ecu didnt like my lightweight flywheel. The problem never went completely away until I got a PFC. Do you have a light flywheel?
To be sure, try to remove your intake elbow and clean out the throttle plate. Something I've forgotten to do when I was adjusting your AAS.

Okay will do. Thanks for all the help everyone. I did research the problem briefly and it could do with voltage drop from the taillights? But that shouldn't be enough to cause it.

Yeah you can always learn lol. I just wouldn't like the trial and error process, could blow a motor or two learning it. I wish I can learn to. If I had the time. I'm sure I can use the base map for a while. On a down pipe and catback only.
