ok when i first start my car it idles at 1500 rpm then goes down and almost dies then back up for a second then back down to almost dieing. and when u put it in drive it dies it takes about 5 minutes to warm up to where it idles right and then u can put it in drive and its fine.

anyway, usual suspects...
might be the tps sensor, or some leak in the vaccuum system

 

yea its a auto. if it was a leak wouldnt it do it all the time? cause when it warms up its fine
