700 to 750 no load, 775 to 825 w/ electrical load on, 975 to 925 w/ a/c on. There are lots of thing that can cause your idle to "hunt" More times than not it's a vacuum leak. First thing to do is disconect the neg battery cable and step on the brake for 10 sec. Then drive and let the ECU "learn" the idle. This may help.

The Slow Idle, if you have to monkey with it, which is located at the bottom of the throttle body, the fast idle is at the top, where it's easy to get to, yet not prefereable for adjusting Idle... go figure....

When you say "hops" do you mean flucuates (sp?) from 800-1000. or does it just happen to be 800 at times and some times at 950 but is a consistant idle rpm?
