ideas while turbos and IC are out of car
I need some ideas on what to do when the turbos, rad, and IC are out of the car....
Is there anything I should do in the meantime?
You guys have any pointers or good ideas?

Well, if you have all the stock parts out of the car, then your best bet would be to replace them all with better ones
But if you are keeping the stock parts, then you may want to consider:
Ceramic/Jet hot coat turbos and exhaust manifold
Port exhaust manifold
There really isn't anything you can do to the stock rad and IC.
