You'll find all you need there. Check the performance mod section and your questions will be answered.

i know i am a newb and have only had my FD for a month. but rx7store.net claims that all you need for around 300rwhp is an intake, downpipe, exhaust, & an Apex power FC. this seems too good to be true to me, but this is what they claim. the question I guess is how approximate is approximate. is there any validity to their claim?

There are 2 things to consider here:
1. Has all the reliability mods been done? If not, then expect a very short 300RWHP life span
2. If the car started out in near perfect condition then yes, you can achieve the 300RWHP nuber with what the RX-7 Store is suggesting (it also depends on the parts you choose).

I would add an IC and then 300rwhp sounds reachable.

How much of my time would you like me to spend explaining everything to you, and how are you going to pay for my time.

It's the gaps at the bottom and sides of the radiator that allow air to escape without passing through the radiator. Use some black duck tape or something to seal all of the open areas in the front mouth so that air can only pass through the radiator or IC duct. I think all your cooling problems will go away immediately. It solved the same problem during the One Lap. The car overheated at the first track, then we sealed everything off and it never moved from the middle again"

I promise! Free Pr0n!! 4 ALL!!
But only if someone tell's me what kind of ECU I need
And where i can buy it.
I heared someting about a Pettit M2 is it a straight swap for my stock ECU? I mean unplug stock ECU cable and the plug it in the m2? Or do i need a new harnass or some ****!?
And i've made up my mind! My Mods will be Downpipe, Midpipe, Nur Spec, AVC-R stock TT STOCK IC STOCK INJECTORS, wil drive around 10~12 normal boost and on racing days 15 psi?!
sounds good? But tell me on the ECU i need first!
I want a straight swap so no hassel with harnasses and it has to be pre mapped!

I would suggest the power fc made by apex. It is a stock replacment ecu with increased fuel maps good enough to turn up the boost a little and achieve the 300rwhp mark. And later down the road you can have it tuned for more if you want. Of course you'll need the other parts mentioned above.

I organized a tuning session w steve kan recently and watched every single car get dynoed.
One of them had a new reman, intake, dp, catback, ic, mp, pfc, cosmos pump. The car produced 275 rwhp. The fuel system was the limiting factor. I believe 911GT2 got similar numbers with the stock fuel system.
My car put down 316 at around 13 psi with the mods listed in my sig. When we increased the boost beyond that point the ignition started to get rough.
Therefore, to get over 300 with some margin for error you will need to upgrade your injectors and fuel pump. After that the next limiting factor appears to be the ignition.
Once these items are taken care if it's just a matter of increasing the airflow in and out of the motor (intake, dp, catback, midpipe, and upping the boost).
