I think my days are numbered
i dont know to me the rx-7 is more than a car its kinda an identity ,for people who dont know you when they see youre car they kinda know what kind of person you are
kind of a first impression ,its youre car but most likely you will regret it
if you can keep it i would sugest you do , remember in a few years youre not gonna get another 7

My daily driver is a rear wheel drive G35 sedan. Its a great car. Slighty bigger than a 5 series inside with 260 hp, very quick. Sticker price start at 27k fully loaded expect to hit 35k. The AWD version is brand so expect to pay a premium for that. I live outside in DC, the 2 wheel drive version gets me around fine in snow under 3 inches. Anymore than that and you are stuck.
I agree, a car IS only an object. I have to admit it was kind of my identity for a long time. I was at a housewarming party not long ago and my buddy inroduced me to a friend of his, she said "yeah I know him, he has the RX-7" lol But for an object to be my identity is not right. I am 34 and moving up the "corporate ladder", my true identity should speak for itself no matter what car I drive.
No and EVO or STI isn't out of the price range, if I sell the RX-7. Hence the reason I am thinking of selling it (more options)
I just saw a 2003 G35 for sale that I will most likely check out too.
I know I may regret it, but right now it seems the right thing to do. At 50 years old I may have a "mid-life crisis" and want one again
But by then I KNOW Mazda will be selling RX-7's in the states again
anyway it is a tough decision and one I am not looking forword too so I really appreciate the positive feedback.
