I need your help! I am Going nuts!

I recently upgraded my shocks and springs the rears are nice and stiff but the fronts....When I push the front down it is easy to move up and Down it does come to a quick stop but it seems to easy to bounce the front end....When I go out to my Honda Accord that front end is harder to move I have replaced the new Tokico 5 ways in the front with new ones...No difference The springs are the Eibach Pro Kit. I dont know what to do.
Could someone go out to there RX7 and push the front end down and up how easy is it? Im lost!!!!! Could the springs be bad? HELP!

springs rarely go bad, so count that out. if a spring is bad you will know. its called coil bind. now did you say that the shocks were new or old.
