I need little help, boost problem.

I got stock twins. I got a problem at WOT, my car sometimes get 5psi and runs slow and sometimes 10psi and pulls ok. Why boost is not consistent. Anybody had the same problem or is there something I should know?

Yeah man, I think you should take a look at those actuators.

How many miles on the turbos?

About 88k

I took them Off and they look fine, no leak no shaft play.
