Title says it all. I need the installation/ instructions for these coilovers. I know very dumb request

Mine are 16 way adjustable...My question is turning the dial to the right tightens them up and turning the dial to the left loosens them up. I must be getting old because I can't remember.

Tein has their manuals available for download at their US site. It says how to adjust them as well.

i have run RS*Rs since 99.

i consider their spring rate ( 432 fr/378 r) to be optimium for street and track and run the shock settings 7 clicks from full soft front and 2 clicks from full soft rear. air pressure 30 front, 27-28 rear set COLD.

the shocks adjust from soft towards firm clockwise. don't even think about more than 8 clicks as they go off the chart. that's not just my guess, i have a shock dyno.
