i've successfully repaired things like this with a special epoxy.
I broke 2 nipples off the elbow going to the front turbo and my throttle body elbow came apart at the flange, repaired radiators and all kinds of other crap.
It's called water weld 11 or something to that effect. Can be either white or grey in color. found at most hardware stores in a small tube. you break off however much u need then roll it around in your hands like play dough until its all mixed then apply it to whatever your fixing after cleaning and a light sanding to roughen it up. sets up in a matter of minutes hard as rock. under $5 paint it sand it drill it or whatever.

Sure you can. If you can locate some small tubing, you can replace the broken nipple with a metal one. Just cut off the rest, carefully drill out the opening, insert your cut-to-size metal nipple, secure with epoxy. Many members have successfully done that repair, although it's usually easier just to buy used ones.

You don't use the old nipple. You use some metal piping which is around 3 or so mm's (to fit the stock vacuum tubing). Then you drill out the hole where the old nipple was attached just large enough for the metal replacement to "slide in". Then you use some epoxy around the outside to hole in place.

so u make a bigger hole to fit the metal piece in and adding the epoxy to it? do u push the metal all the way down? if u do will it recieve air? and does that epoxy work well with heat?

Just use a little common sense. Obviously the original nipple didn't extend that far into the solenoid. Just push it in far enough to hold, then put the epoxy around the outside. There was an old thread which had pictures of the process, but the pictures are long gone:
