I need guidence

I have pulled a motor and i am now ready to put it back in. It seems that when i pulled it, the torque converter came out as well. Would it be easier to install the torque converter and then put the motor in? Or should I put the torque converter onto the motor, and then drop it into the car?

Put the tq on the motor first . This keeps you from having problems with the tq to pump drive hook up .
