Ok, I'm really done with this.. I have been measuring for days now and I have turned the workshop manual inside out, back to forth.


My car has been down for a rebuild and recently I started putting it back together.
I took some things apart to check for rust and I also removed the old school alarm system. I reconnected/soldered all colors back together as it was pretty straight forward to see how it originally was.


Now, this is the situation.

When I turn on the lights in front all works OK. In the back, on the passenger side, lamps work OK. On the drivers side the blinker lamp works continiously.

Wheni put on the turn signal, drivers' side blinks at normal pace. Pretty weird as the front turn signals are not installed so it should go faster. Passenger side works OK (faster signal due to missing front turn signal)

On top of his, when I turn the ignition on to check all this, after 10 seconds the flasher control unit (located near your left foot when seated) starts making a realy annoying sound. Guess something is not right :-D.

Finally, the passenger side rear lamp fuse works OK, the drivers side fuse blows as soon as I turn on the lights. Strangely, when I check it for grounding it seems to be working fine..

I've been all the way and I'm really done... If any body can help me out here
