OK…well I don’t know what I did, but someone upstairs does not like me right now.
Well I just received my block off plate kit. And I was eager to start on the sequential simplification. YAY! Well the kit is this….
Well I was hoping for some kind of a “this goes here” kind of diagram or something, anything. Well as I'm finding out in the rx7 world, you're pretty much expected to know what to do. That being said, where the hell do these go?
Ok. Next problem. I know the top plate goes here
Well at least I thought so. If you notice the studs don’t have threads that go all the way down. What the hell am I not grasping here? Am I missing something? Are those studs removable?
Well sorry for the pic size. My program went corrupt and really I'm just frustrated now and don’t feel like figuring out another way to resize them.
Well anyway, any help would be great. My baby has been down way too long. Ever take a step on something slippery and realize right before you fall down that you fucked up….well welcome to my world

Those studs should be removeable if you use vice grip, that's why in the package it includes replacement bolts. I'm not 100% sure but the studs should be able to come out just like the studs on the throttle body.

Yeah...they are removable. Right after I posted I thought about it for a bit. Got pissed and started at them. Problem 1 solved. Now..where the hell do the rest go?

To remove the studs, plade two nuts on the stud, tighten them against each other very snugly, you'll need two 10 mm wrenches, then unscrew the stud using only the first nut you put on.
The plates go on the EGR valve hole, the double throttle control hole, and two for the accelerated warm up, one for the pipe, one for the valve. Which goes where should be obvious.
