I along with turbojeff must wince at the mear thought of bashing in the frame rail to make a DP fit.
Actually, its the turbo itself that would hit the frame rail! I'll try to get some pictures up soon as I can.

Just to add to the amusement... but I can't believe you spelled GReddy wrong... hehe just busting on ya!!!
Well, I suck at spelling. I realy do.

Well the IC is out of the car, as with the air filter. BTW, I have no idea why the vacuum lines look so nasty in this picture. They realy are'nt that orange colored.

Congratulations to you on being done!
It's nice to hear.

All you guys waiting over a year, Thanks for speaking up. (Me Too, & company does make it easier to take).
I've been so close to dumping the hole project... but don't ask, I'm in to far to pull out now.
. Ditto on "expensive".

Here is wishing you all happier holidays, and joyfilled road trips!

Hey CJ, what turbo is that? You should have told me you were building a single turbo for your car cause I'm building one for mine also at the moment. It's pretty much done but all I have to do now is rout ethe DP back. Plus I think si still have some of James' TO4S intercooling pipes

The turbo is a SR stage II, or a Holset HX35. SR calls it a KKK but its not. Heres a closer one of the turbo.

my car has been down for 6 months, i too sourced out my own turbo kit, i let someone else do all the dp fabrication, which is a 3.5" with a v-band on each end, the i/c piping fab and a few other things.....so i know how you feel, i hope to have mine up and running by the end of the year.....but if its not i won't be let down.......i have to give steve and rich from gotham racing a big thanks for all of their work, these guys run a top notch operation...

Is it SR's Manifold? Is it cast or tubular? It seems a bit low in comparison to mine. But it has been a while since i've seen it together.. Just have pics to remind me. Looks nice!!

It's actually a XS Engineering "Cast" manifold, SR sold it for that turbo or you could pay more and get a tubular manifold. The turbo is actually a H1E, but everyone thinks it's HX35

Well....the m2 box does'nt fit like it should. Its gonna need some more work. No biggie. Did'nt install the fuel pump/filter, but I did drive the car a bit today. Once I adjusted the p-fc for the 850\1300 setup, it fired right up. Toped off the coolant, and drove around my housing delopment a couple times. I did'nt get into any boost, but the car feels more responsive for shure. I'm going to finish up the fuel system (not worry about the m2 box for now.) and give Ralph a call.

CJ

More pictures should be up soon. But I'll make anouther thread in the single section for them.
