I live in a world with no emissions...

I live in Michigan, where there is no annual smog or emissions testing. My question is: what unnecessary systems can be tossed on my FD? Smog pump? Vaccuum lines, etc.? I'm already planning an a full cat delete, but I was wondering if I could simplify the rat's nest more.

read the FAQ's at the top. You can get rid of the air pump, and there is, i believe, a simplified vacuum diagram.

Port your wastegate before doing the full cat delete.

Off the top of my head, you can eliminate:
- TB Coolant supply
- AWS
- Air Pump / ACV
- Double Throttle
- Cruise control

Check out the 'simplified sequential' diagram and note which solenoids are removed and what things they would have run to. Then check out www.fd3s.net or run some forum searches to get more info on each.
