I would like to know which oils to use for motor, trans, and diff. I think those are all the components that need oil replaced. Thanks in advance. P.S. I don't want to start a battle over brands lol but I understand mobil one synthetic for the trans and diff is the best?

NOT an authority here, but most I know (including me) have gone with Redline MTL for the transmission, Redline 75-90 for the dif. Any good quality dino-juice for the motor. If your still running your CAT, most guys don't recommend a synthetic oil as it can plug them up over time.

Redline MTL is not recommended (as it's too thin). Reline MT90 is a better choice..

I have Royal Purple in my Trans and Diff. I have Castrol 10W-40 blend in the engine. It's what Skip at KDR recommended for me.

Double checking Redline's site against the manual, Mahjik is right. Thanks for the thread. Getting ready to put in a new clutch and figured on changing fluid in the process. Was going to go with MTL, but I'll be changing to MT90.

BTW, I had done a search on this and at least in the threads I found, everyone mentioned MTL. This was the first I'd heard of using MT90.

Wow, sensing some hostility. I'm not the expert but was going off of things like this, and what others whose opinion I respect have said. Already learned something from this thread, I'm ready to listen if you've got something.
