i know,another boost issue

i got stock twins,mods
PFC,down pipe mid pipe apexi n1 catback,apexi bov,k&n intake
profecB boost controller, greddy turbo timer.

i had the boost problem 3 months ago , so i went ahead and did the
simplify sequential, remove airpump ,new sillicone vaccum hose and daleclark check vavle , thinking it might fix it .

but the boost leak is stil there

first turbo is only making 0.40 at WOT , when second turbo comes online
it drops to 0.20~0.30 and reaches back up to 0.76 bar near 6500 rpm

now i might think its a leaky bov or somthing
or one of my turbo controll is taking a dump

maybe blown turbos?

yesterday at the memorial cuise for DAVE SEGALLA
the guys behind me while going up the mountain said i was blowing
blueish smoke and spiting a bit oil every time i go nuts on the gas pedal.
