Angry I just cant get my Autometer water temp gage working!

I'm not really sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm using the throttle body coolant line for my temp sender, I have power going to the gage from a 15amp fuse under the drivers side fuse panel and have a ground going to one of the bolts under the dash. Ive checked that the correct wires are going to the correct spots on the back of the gage many times. When I turn the ignition on the needle moves so I know its getting power but for some reason the needle never moves to where it should be when the car is fully warmed up. I'm really loosing my mind on this, can someone please help point me to the answer.

Its most likely that your sender (in the throttle body coolant line) needs to be grounded.

Never mind I found the problem. If you have an electric Autometer water temp gage, dont ground the gage it self just leave that prong alone.
