Personally I like Rogue's JDM RX7, but you guy don't. So tell me if this orange RX7 is more up to your standards?

K, scroll down to David Hayes or even RE Suzuki's thread about pics, its right here on page 1 right now...in 3rd Gen.
That is what a *Majority* of us like. Tasteful mods that complement what came already beautiful from the factory.
What you've shown thus far has more lines and curves than my eyes can follow, and above all things, its a damn show car. Show car's should be saved for the FWD econobox's that have nothing else to offer.
An FD offers a great thrill ride, and then some (as you modify it), and makes for a great autox/track car. I will not applaud that thing given its got added weight for the sake of a stereo I'd never use (cause I'd like to have my hearing even when I'm older thanks), and money spent on things I'd never want to look at.
Ho hum.

That car is built to attract the econobox/fast and the furious crowd. The lines combined with the paint makes the scheme too busy. The FD has classic curves, it's not angular and planar like that body kit that was slapped on it. And wouldn't the decals on the front windshield be a little distracting when you're driving? I do like the mirrors, and the engine has peen extremely polished up.

Thats Jay Laub's RX-7. That car has been in numerous magazines and one best of show at numerous HIN and Traxxion events. I've seen it in person and it is nice. I don't like his trunk but onther than that it good.

With those car's, however, its Function over anything else. They do want the exterior to advertise and be tolerable, but most mods are towards legalization or performance. I most certainly am not doubting the JGTC FD's power, but it's nothing I'd make a desktop wallpaper out of, certainly not over the NSX version or Supra version.
