I forgot what these go to

Hi all. Putting my engine back together after a rebuild and I lost some tags on what goes where. Can you help me out with identifying them? Thanks!

1. Nipple coming off the center housing drivers side pointing towards the fire wall.

2. Nipple coming off the intercooler piping.

3. Nipple on the passenger side just behind the primary fuel rail.

4. Line on the passenger side just in front of the secondary fuel rail.

5. Vacuum line coming off the upper intake manifold.

1.) crankcase vent (leave open if I remember)
2.)Goes to lower intake manifold.
3.) rear coolant nipple (You removed cold start so you need to bypass back to the engine)
5.)Map/boost sensor line

Are you doing the non sequential conversion?

I thought #4 went to the bottom nipple on the side of the Y-pipe
