Noticed that part, should have explained that I meant they come with different plugs from the factory.

Or did Mazda install the same plugs on the USA spec series-6 (92-95). Because here down under, the export versions we got from 92-to-98 wiring harness definately had different plugs.

No I know that, but what I am saying is that these knock offs are made for 93-95 harness. The mazda ones are made for 99-02. that's the main difference between the mazda ones and these knock offs. The knock offs are made for people doing conversions!

This deal keeps getting better. Not only do you get the series-8 park lights for half the normal price, but you also get the harnesses to suit your 92-95 series-6. Meaning there is "labour costs" on top as they require changing.

The same deal here in Oz would be around AUS$840+. I think they are $420 each last time I checked. Thats straight from Mazda without the series-6 harnesses.

They are not being changed, they are being made right with the Series 6 setup. No part of this light is a Mazda OEM part. It wouldn't be nearly as much as you're thinking.

I have a BAAAAAAAAD feeling about these.......
Honda Boyz start getting them and molding them into anything they possibly can......

and someday we will see the OEM-look-a-likes on every riced up honda between here and japan

So, can these function like a flash to pass, as on the FC's? Or is it just a driving light? Those look really nice, especially considering the price & convenience of the wiring already switched over. I always fear the way of the ricers...

Differences between OEM and knock offs

I have been eyeing these lights for a long time. I first saw them on eBay. I was just wondering what the differences between these ones and the OEM ones are??? Please let me know...Also, how hard is it to install the OEM ones (with the different harnesses as this may be a very big factor in determining which lilghts I will end up buying). I am installing the 15th Anniversary Edition Body Kit and want to do it right.
Thanks a lot,
Craig
