I.D. these parts?

New to the forums and new to the platform (yes I've been all over the old websites and archives). Recently got to pull the trigger on a 94 FD, and there are some unknown/no name mods on it I'm trying to find the source of. The first few are of the shifter, I've already got a replacement on the way because this thing is just super weird. The second is a strut tower brace and harness bar I think, but wasn't properly connected to the frame near the seatbelts. For that one in particular I'm wondering if it's even worth retaining.

I knew I had seen this x-bar before (the bend in the rear strut bar is very unique), took some digging to find:

Also, +3 on the Stillway 0-400 shifter

IMHO surge tanks full of pressurized gasoline in the passenger compartment are a CRAZY dumb idea. I've seen a super clean 1st gen burn to the ground due to that, fortunately just the car was lost and not the owner's life.

I completely agree, I question the placement greatly. I'm unfortunately so far away from being able to address that. It's a recent conversation to E85 but the car has an odd fuel cut in trying to diagnose

Most organized racing regulations would require a firewall between driver and the surge tank/lines in the hatch. I cringed when I saw that at DGRR, guy is lucky he wasn't injured.
