Question I cant rev pass 3500rpm.. Help

I cant rev pass 3500rpm. no matter how hard of soft i press the gas.

I got just done changing my rear diff and engine oil. As i start to
drive my car just bogged. I pop the hood and check to see what
wrong, there was nothing seems to be out of place. I start to drive
again and the samething happen. It feels like im not getting fuel. I
check my wideband, and it read out 25:1 af ratio everytime it bog. I
check the injector cyl. it would go up to 14% and then drop down to
0% everytime it bog. i think that the read why it bog.
I check the fuel pressure and I was getting 38 psi @ idle.

When i turn off the car, then start it up again it rev up all the way
for a few sec. and then it would start to bog again. I didn't touch
anything else during the oil change. Please i need help!!!

My mods are. Power fc, 1300cc sec, hks twin power, fmic, non-seq,
profec b, mp,dp, cb, fuel pump,

When you changed your oil, did you also change the oil filter? If so, see if you knocked a spark plug wire lose or if you knocked the map sensor off...

I had something similar happen to me, it was the boost sensor. I would take off fine and then as the turbo would kick in, it just cut-out. Still driveable but no turbo at all. Sometimes the old rubber lines break or just come off.

that's strange when i left my tps off my rpms would just float between shifts. I was able to boost and all.

I was also thinking you knocked a plug wire loose.
