Hunting Idle Drivin Me Crazy!!!

Ok so I intall new coolant seals on the engine, put everything back together and in the vehicle. all wiring and vacuum back to exactly the way it came out. and I have an idle problem, right now its bouncing between 1000-2000, tried to check and adjust my throttle position sensor, and it does I get no-where, and the last time I checked my IAC resistance value it was within spec????? ANY ADVICE???

Since you put everything back together again, try checking the resistance value again.
