How to solve this problem?

Hello, everyone, I just got a problem, my car is FD 99spec, which is got
de cat, back box, apexi intake, XSpower intercoole,Power FC with commander and Greddy perfect B boost controller spec II.

The car is mapped on 0.9 bar, when I fitted smic intercooler last week ,the car is no boost at all, then I checked and reconnect pipe after that the car is running on 0.5 bar, I try to used boost controller, so anyone used perfect B? if I used gain 30% is it means 0.9 bar? and I want know what's set gain mean?
Moreover, I want knwo will large intercooler effect or mess PFC?

anyone could give me some suggestion how can I solve this problem?
Thanks

0 boost = Intake track hose/pipe is off or damaged somewhere.
One setting on Profec is how much boost, the other is how quick it responds. Basically, turning both up is higher boost. 10 psi for me is ~24%.
Large intercooler wont effect the PFC.
